1. Account Deletion Policy
1.1 Scope of Deletion
Complete Deletion: Upon a user's request, the system will permanently delete the account and all associated game data, including but not limited to game progress, virtual items, and purchase records.
1.2 Methods of Deletion
In-App Deletion: Users can navigate to the "Settings" or "Account Management" section within the game to find the "Delete Account" option and follow the prompts to submit a deletion request.
Web-Based Deletion: Users can access the provided web link and follow the instructions to submit an account deletion request.
2. Account Deletion Process
2.1 Web-Based Deletion Process
- Access the Deletion Page: Users visit the provided account deletion webpage.
- Submit Required Information: Users must provide the following:
- The unique User ID (UID) associated with their game account.
- A screenshot from the game displaying the UID (for identity verification purposes).
- Send Deletion Request Email: Users send the above information to the customer support email:

- Customer Support Review: Upon receiving the email, customer support will verify the user's identity. Once verified, a confirmation email will be sent to the user.
- Waiting Period: Starting from the date the confirmation email is sent, a 90-day waiting period begins.
- Account Deletion: If the user does not log into the game during the 90-day waiting period, the system will automatically delete the account and all associated data on the 91st day.
- Cancellation of Deletion Request: If the user logs into the game at any time during the 90-day waiting period, the deletion request will be automatically canceled, and the account will remain active.
2.2 In-App Deletion Process
- Navigate to Settings: Within the game, users go to the "Settings" or "Account Management" section.
- Select "Delete Account": Click on the "Delete Account" option.
- Identity Verification: Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the identity verification process.
- Confirm Deletion: Confirm the deletion request. The system will inform the user of the consequences of account deletion.
- Waiting Period: A 90-day waiting period commences from the date of confirmation.
- Account Deletion: If the user does not log into the game during the 90-day waiting period, the system will automatically delete the account and all associated data on the 91st day.

- Irreversible Deletion: Once the account is deleted, all associated data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. Users are advised to proceed with caution.
- Identity Verification Requirement: To protect user accounts, accurate UID information and corresponding in-game screenshots are required for identity verification.
- Processing Timeframe: Customer support will review deletion requests within 7 business days of receiving the email and will notify users of the outcome via email.
